Director, People Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the People Operations Core team, set priorities, and grow capacity.
• Own long-term HR systems strategy, admin, and tooling in partnership with IT.
• Design, implement, and scale onboarding, offboarding, mobility, promotions, and leaves.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
• Own Talent Acquisition Ops with structured workflows and data accuracy.
• Oversee Talent Management Ops: goals, performance cycles, and development programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of People Operations experience, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership role.
• Deep HR systems expertise (HCM, performance, ticketing) including HiBob and Greenhouse.
• Experience leading operational and compliance programs at scale in high-growth or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cross-functional People Ops topics: compensation execution, equity logistics, and immigration.
• Proven ability to develop teams, build process infrastructure, and lead through complexity.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
