🎯 Requirements

Proven track record moving org from manual to automated, scalable processes.
Deep experience with US and international labor laws; PEO/EOR experience a plus.
Data integrity mindset; zero-error data practices.
Ability to design SOPs and scalable benefits/leave programs for multiple markets.
Strong governance and risk assessment capabilities in employment practices.
