Director, People Operations and Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Advise the CEO and ELT on org design, workforce planning and change management, and partner on
• Handle complex employee relations matters across multiple countries, including performance
• Own people operations: onboarding, leave administration, the HRIS (BambooHR), the PEO relationship
• Run the performance and career framework cycle, including reviews, IC and manager career
• Drive engagement and retention through pulse surveys, ELT and manager action planning, and
• Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking, headcount planning and people budgets, building

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years' experience leading both
• Hands-on technical recruiting experience, including senior and executive hires
• Experience supporting a global, distributed workforce, ideally including US multi-state and UK/EU
• A track record of handling sensitive employee relations and separations with sound judgment and
• Comfortable working at both the strategic and tactical level, as an ELT member and a hands-on
• Proficiency with modern people tools such as an ATS (Ashby), an HRIS (Bamboo) and a PEO (Sequoia
