📋 Description

• Lead People Operations strategy and execution
• Own strategy, architecture, and analytics of People Ops
• Design end-to-end workflows for hiring, HRIS, and lifecycle
• Own onboarding/offboarding and HRIS management; scalable across geographies
• Lead PEO relationships, payroll and benefits
• Drive compliance and risk management

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HR/People Ops experience with leadership
• Automation/AI in People lifecycle with governance
• Strategic operator who sets direction and gets things done
• Experience with PEOs and Global EORs (Rippling, Oyster, Deel)
• Deep knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance
• Hands-on HRIS ownership (Workday or Rippling), vendor eval/implementation
