• Ensure compliance and risk management across multiple states.

• 10+ years in Business or People Operations; scalable ops in high growth.
• Strong analytics; data-driven insights and foresight.
• Proven ability to design scalable processes and systems.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation in HR or operations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience with policy governance and change management.
