📋 Description

• Own operational model for People and HR compliance across geographies.
• Translate People strategy into executable programs with governance.
• Manage HR tech stack relationships; surface strategy and investment to the CPO.
• Identify risks across initiatives; maintain visibility with AI-powered tracking.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation in the People function.
• Lead change management for organizational transformation and tech rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR ops, business ops, strategy execution, or Chief of Staff with global scope.
• Multi-country HR compliance in at least 3 jurisdictions; works councils and policy management.
• Experience managing HR systems and vendor relationships; ability to hold vendors to SLAs and coordinate implementations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution; build governance frameworks and accountability.
• Strong cross functional collaboration and influence across Finance, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Track record driving AI adoption; hands on with agentic tools and AI-powered HR systems.
