📋 Description

• Build onboarding that sets up new hires Day 1
• Own US HR ops: offers, policies, records, benefits, compliance
• Lead SF office space strategy, vendor & facilities
• Create workplace programs and culture touchpoints
• Partner with Head of People on global talent/people strategy
• Be go-to resource for benefits and HR questions
• Build scalable HR ops systems from scratch as first US hire
• Heartbeat of SF office; know everyone and act on needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in People Ops, HRBP, and Office Management
• California employment law knowledge; know when to call a lawyer
• Experience owning or co-owning office space; vendor management
• Excellent organizational skills; adaptable to change
• Strong communicator with employees and stakeholders
• Builder mentality; identify gaps and fix them
• Genuine enthusiasm for culture and workplace environment
• Autonomy in ambiguous environments; strong instincts
