Director, People Partner - GTM

📋 Description

• Translate People roadmap into 3–6 month GTM plans and priorities.
• Lead a global team of People Partners for Revenue and Marketing.
• Guide workforce planning and hiring; partner with Talent Acquisition.
• Build succession plans and org design for GTM roles.
• Develop talent and retention strategies; mitigate attrition risk.
• Use Workday and analytics to surface attrition and pipeline data.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years HRBP experience, 5+ years in GTM in fast-growth tech.
• Partner with VP/C-level GTM leaders on talent strategy, planning, org design, and AI.
• Experience scaling enterprise sales, complex cycles, incentives, MEDDPIC.
• 3-5 years leading a global team of People Partners.
• Deep ER experience incl investigations, corrective action, PM, separations.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and change management.
