🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR management experience with strategic partnership.
• 2+ years supervising or mentoring HR team members.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience in talent management, performance programs, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
