🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in management consulting, People strategy, or org effectiveness.
• MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Strategic thinker who translates priorities into practical People strategies.
• Strong communication with executive presentations and narratives.
• Data-driven with workforce insights to improve performance.
