Director, People Systems

📋 Description

• Own the global People Systems strategy and roadmap, with Workday serving as the core HR platform
• Lead the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Workday across modules
• Establish systems architecture, governance, security, data integrity, and change management
• Partner with People, Finance, IT, Security, and business leaders to translate organizational needs
• Lead Workday releases, enhancements, integrations, testing, and adoption of new functionality
• Own the strategy and governance for integrations between Workday and other internal and external

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS / People Systems, with significant ownership of Workday in a
• Deep Workday expertise and experience leading or playing a significant leadership role in at least
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, integrations, security, reporting, and
• Experience developing and executing a People Systems strategy and roadmap
• Experience scaling People technology within a high-growth, global organization
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the intersection between People, Payroll, Benefits
