Director, People Technology Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM implementation: core HCM, payroll, time tracking, LMS.
• Manage design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and go-live by mid-2027.
• Partner with Workday, IT, and business stakeholders to design, test, and launch Workday.
• Establish strong program governance: scope, milestones, risks, exec updates, decisions.
• Oversee testing strategy: unit, integration, parallel, UAT with defect mgmt.
• Lead organizational readiness and adoption: change mgmt, communications, training, stabilization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive leadership in people technology, HRIS, transformation, or enterprise programs.
• Led a Workday implementation with strong HCM, payroll, benefits, and time modules.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams and manage internal resources.
