Director, Performance and Growth Marketing

📋 Description

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly demand generation plans, defining priorities by market
• Own paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media, and other advertising
• Oversee campaign operations, content calendars, product launches, and multichannel marketing
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations including audience management, segmentation, campaign
• Design and optimize lead generation workflows, define MQL criteria and lead-scoring methodologies
• Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs for prospective and existing customers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or marketing
• Demonstrated success developing and executing multichannel demand generation strategies in
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent enterprise marketing
• Proven experience managing paid search, paid social, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience designing lead flows, implementing routing processes, and defining MQL criteria and
• Familiarity with account-based marketing or territory-based marketing strategies.
