• Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, paid social

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing with significant paid media budget
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid media channels
• Proven track record in driving paid acquisition and qualified pipeline in complex B2B environments
• Strong knowledge of offline conversion tracking, CRM-based performance data, automated bidding
• Experience leading website conversion strategy, CRO, and structured experimentation
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads; familiarity with Marketo and
