📋 Description

• Translate the U.S. Patient Services strategy roadmap and organizational goals into executable
• Own the Patient Services operating plan process, including planning, tracking, leadership reviews
• Establish investment prioritization frameworks across patient access programs, digital
• Drive enterprise accountability for key patient services outcomes, including paid fill rates, time
• Partner with analytics teams to develop executive-ready scorecards, standardized performance
• Establish and maintain baseline patient and HCP satisfaction metrics and use insights to identify

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, or equivalent is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in biopharma patient services strategy, operations, program management
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-workstream transformations, PMOs, or enterprise
• Significant knowledge of the U.S. patient access and affordability landscape, including hub
• Understanding of key patient access developments and market considerations, such as Medicare Part D
• Experience managing external patient services vendors, including SLAs, contracting, performance
