Director, PKI Operations

📋 Description

• Own and oversee PKI operations, including CA hierarchy, HSM, and key ceremonies.
• Lead and scale PKI ops team across multiple time zones.
• Ensure CA infra availability, security, and compliance with WebTrust and Baseline Requirements.
• Drive automation across issuance, revocation, renewal, and monitoring.
• Lead PKI audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and product to support PKI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years PKI, information security, or related infra roles
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Deep PKI expertise; operate critical infra at scale
• Lead PKI audits and ensure audit readiness
• Knowledge of WebTrust and CA/Browser Forum Baseline Requirements
• Experience with CPS/CP governance
