📋 Description

• Formulate and drive the architectural roadmap to eliminate cross-system silos across Salesforce
• Lead the strategy to “agentify” enterprise users across Sales, Support, Finance, and Operations by
• Identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities to rationalize or replace high-cost, specialized
• Drive business process re-engineering and optimization across corporate functions to eliminate
• Enforce comprehensive AI governance, prompt evaluation standards, hallucination mitigation, and
• Define canonical data architectures and golden record standards across accounts, customers, and

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in enterprise application architecture, software engineering, or
• 4-7 years of experience leading and scaling architectural and engineering teams across distributed
• Deep hands-on architectural experience with enterprise business platforms, specifically Salesforce
• Proven track record of implementing production AI harnesses, autonomous agent frameworks, and
• Demonstrated ability to analyze corporate software portfolios, architect cost-effective internal
• Deep fluency in event-driven integration patterns, application security, AI safety guardrails, and
