Director, Platform Integrations

📋 Description

• Own platform breadth: backend architecture, data pipelines, AI agents, and LLM training.
• Lead cross-functional teams with product, data science, and nuclear experts.
• Define integration architecture across internal systems, partner APIs, and OT/IT interfaces.
• Build and lead a team of integration engineers, data engineers, and TPMs.
• Establish API design, data contracts, event-driven architecture, and interoperability.
• Drive modern integration patterns: event streaming, API gateways, service meshes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering or systems architecture; 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record building complex, multi-system integration platforms at scale.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Deep expertise in APIs, data contracts, event-driven architecture, interoperability.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, model inference, LLMs, and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication; able to present platform architecture to executives.
