Deep, hands-on product knowledge (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA4, GTM) at an advanced level.
Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
A track record of acting as a technical escalation point, diagnosing and resolving issues.
Commercial awareness tied to delivery, margins, and client satisfaction.
Growth mindset; adapts quickly to platform/process changes and mentors others.
Strong communication across technical and commercial audiences.
