🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years clinical experience; 5+ years leading equity quality programs.
• Formal training in public health, epidemiology, or health informatics is highly desired.
• Lean Six Sigma or PM certification preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Data-informed decision making and analytical capacity.
