📋 Description

  • The Director Portfolio Management will establish and lead portfolio management practices across the
  • Lead enterprise portfolio governance processes across product, platform, operational, and
  • Establish a rolling 12–18-month portfolio roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and business
  • Facilitate roadmap planning, initiative prioritization, and alignment across multiple departments
  • Develop governance frameworks providing transparency into priorities, resources, risks
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate investments, trade-offs, and strategic opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, and operational leadership in healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Product
  • 10+ years in diagnostics, laboratory services, healthcare, biotechnology, or regulated industries.
  • 5+ years in project/program management, product development, or portfolio governance.
  • Experience building complex portfolio views, managing investments, prioritizing delivery, and
  • Experience using project/portfolio tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, PKIT, or similar.
