Director, Portfolio Management

📋 Description

• Lead the portfolio planning process by integrating organizational strategies, operating plans
• Build and maintain portfolio management infrastructure, including dashboards, scorecards, reporting
• Partner with Finance and operating leaders to connect strategic objectives with operating plans and
• Maintain and continuously improve operating frameworks, decision rights, authority matrices, and
• Coordinate portfolio governance activities and prepare materials for leadership and Board
• Lead or coordinate high-priority initiatives spanning multiple organizations, translating portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 10+ years of experience within a multi-entity holding company, investment management
• Have direct experience in a portfolio-level position, complemented by a background in strategy
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize
• Have strong expertise in metrics management, dashboards, performance tracking, information systems
• Bring experience leading significant cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders and
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise

🎁 Benefits

• Target annual base salary of $240,000–$280,000 USD.
