• Lead the development of innovative precision medicine strategies for projects ranging from
• Obtain understanding and knowledge of various precision medicine approaches including fluid
• Be a recognized expert for precision medicine on cross functional teams (i.e., clinical
• Willingness to be an outstanding team player on cross functional teams but when needed have the
• Up-to-date knowledge for relevant biology and technology associated with projects
• Effectively communicating scientific/technical information to a variety of audiences including

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in a scientific discipline, such as Neuroscience, or a related field with typically ~10 years
• Preferred candidates have experience working in research and development in pharma and/or biotech
• Proven ability to be agile with regards to projects and willingness to learn.
• Extensive experience working on cross functional teams and the ability to successfully influence in
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience communication scientific information to broad audiences
