Director, Premium & Wealth

📋 Description

• Lead and scale Premium & Wealth ops globally for Coinbase's high-value clients
• Build and mentor a global team of concierges, specialists, and supervisors
• Partner with CX, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to resolve escalations
• Drive CSAT, retention, and revenue across high-value user segments
• Ensure operational compliance in trading workflows and client interactions
• Leverage generative AI responsibly to improve efficiency and outputs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in wealth mgmt, RIAs, private banking, or premium fintech ops
• At least 5 years in senior leadership managing managers across geographies
• FINRA licenses (Series 7/24/63/65/66) or equivalent intl registrations
• Proven use of ops metrics (CSAT, SLAs, retention, revenue) in 24/7 contexts
• Familiarity with regulated trading workflows (equities, options, margin, best-exec)
• Generative AI with strong human oversight to improve workflow quality
• Requires university degree
