📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of presales managers and technical professionals
• Define and execute the long-term strategy and vision for the Canadian Presales Engineering
• Partner with Canadian, North American, and worldwide sales leadership, business units, product
• Drive business performance through effective resource planning, pipeline management, forecasting
• Optimize the allocation of presales resources across strategic accounts and complex sales
• Establish and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and industry

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading presales engineering, solutions engineering, technical sales, or
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, improve
• Extensive leadership experience managing managers and developing high-performing, geographically
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience with forecasting, resource allocation
• A successful track record of partnering with sales leadership to achieve revenue targets, expand
