Director, Procurement and Vendor Management

📋 Description

• Develop and execute technology procurement and vendor management strategies that strengthen HCP's
• Lead strategic sourcing, vendor evaluations, and competitive selection processes across software
• Direct complex vendor negotiations, including enterprise agreements, multi-year contracts
• Establish and oversee technology procurement policies, purchasing workflows, vendor onboarding
• Evaluate technology purchasing decisions and provide leadership with recommendations based on
• Oversee vendor contract lifecycle management, including contract documentation, renewal planning

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, including at least
• Experience negotiating multi-year software agreements and renewals
• Experience managing purchase order processes and working with a spend management platform or
• Experience reviewing contracts and partnering with Legal on renewal, liability, data protection
• Experience at a fast-growing company, including establishing procurement processes
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools
