📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and strategists; conduct reviews and foster ownership.
• Champion AI-augmented product development across the team and client delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of product management experience, ideally in consulting or cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership: mentoring, teaching, and creating conditions for high performance.
• Familiarity with AI’s role in modern product development and its practical use.
• Desire to integrate AI tools into team workflows to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
• Experience building consumer-facing native mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to articulate tradeoffs clearly.
