📋 Description

• Lead and develop PMs & Designers as coach and hands-on leader.
• Partner with CTO and executives to define and execute product strategy.
• Own strategic initiatives from discovery to adoption and impact.
• Drive prioritization using customer insights, data, and constraints.
• Sell the roadmap and future vision directly to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Eng, Design, AI, Data, Sales, Marketing, CX, and AM.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing Product Managers and building high-performing teams.
• Proven success leading product strategy for complex B2B SaaS.
• Experience in HR tech, enterprise SaaS, AI-first, or data-centric companies.
• Strong strategic thinking balancing customer needs, business goals, and constraints.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture; collaborate with engineering leaders.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and frameworks in daily product work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; executive influence.
