📋 Description

• Design and own Product communications architecture and rhythm.
• Shape leadership cadence and high-leverage agendas.
• Reimagine Product town halls, all-hands, and QBRs for alignment.
• Facilitate quarterly ceremonies and cross-functional touchpoints.
• Manage and develop a junior team member; set priorities and coach.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in a high-growth env; 5+ years in mgmt roles.
• Design organizational operating rhythms and cadences.
• Exceptional deck and narrative skills for leadership comms.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• People management experience; coaching early-career talent.
• K–12 or education context preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
