📋 Description

• Define and drive the vision for Dropbox's next-gen design system as a platform.
• Lead Design Systems and Design Technology to improve front-end quality and coherence.
• Build reusable product patterns for navigation, flows, sharing, and AI-assisted experiences.
• Move the team from reactive to proactive leadership shaping scalable design solutions.
• Own the lifecycle of shared patterns and components from discovery to deprecation.
• Partner with product, engineering, research, brand, marketing, and leadership to align on high-impact opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product design, design systems, or front-end leading complex systems at scale.
• 5+ years people management leading senior designers, managers, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep experience building design systems for complex multi-product organizations.
• Strong product judgment linking design systems to customer value and business impact.
• Exceptional systems thinking turning patterns into reusable infrastructure.
• High craft standards across interaction design, IA, visual design, accessibility, and prototyping.
