📋 Description

• Define the vision for Dropbox’s next generation design system and product experiences.
• Establish design systems and design technology as a center of excellence for front-end quality.
• Own the full lifecycle of shared patterns and components, from discovery to deprecated.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Brand, and leadership to align on highest impact opportunities.
• Move from reactive patternization to proactive product leadership that scales across surfaces.
• Lead and develop a team of designers, design technologists, and systems specialists.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product design, design systems, or front-end experience.
• 5+ years of people management leading senior designers or design teams.
• Deep experience scaling design systems for multi-product organizations.
• Strong product judgment with governance and cross-functional influence.
• Exceptional systems thinking to turn patterns into reusable infrastructure.
• Strong collaboration with engineering to translate design into high-quality implementation.
• Portfolio demonstrating design leadership and impact across products.
