Director, Product Design

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product design experience across Flow, HDS, ADS, and DSPM
• Define the next-generation experience vision for the platform, including how humans and AI agents
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of product designers, and raise the standard for craft, critique, and
• Own the UX research function and make sure the team's work is grounded in evidence
• Partner with product management and engineering from the earliest stage of every major initiative
• Build and evolve the design system and the patterns that let a growing engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design, including 4+ years leading and developing designers, with a portfolio
• You have set an experience vision for a complex product and then delivered against it
• Experienced with complex, expert-user enterprise software
• You have designed AI-powered or agentic product experiences and have a real point of view on trust
• Strong systems thinker
• You value and use research
