📋 Description

• Own design direction across SF-based product verticals
• Stay actively in the work; craft feedback and decisions
• Manage and develop a team of 5 Product Designers
• Partner with PM and Engineering to shape product strategy
• Lead design reviews and set quality standards
• Contribute to Strava's design system and culture
