Director, Product Design

📋 Description

• Shape design strategy for key product domains with cohesive, intuitive, scalable experiences.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Ops, and executives to set priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor design teams; foster craft, product thinking, and AI-enabled tooling.
• Promote AI-assisted design and rapid prototyping to improve decisions and velocity.
• Prototype concepts, especially via AI-enabled workflows, setting high design standards.
• Align design practices across discovery to launch and iterations.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years designing and shipping digital products end-to-end.
• 5+ years managing product design teams.
• Bachelor’s in Design/HCI or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong UX, interaction design, IA across web/mobile.
• Fluent with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; AI-native tools (Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Proven use of AI/tools to boost design team efficiency and output.
