Director Product - Developer Experience and UX Platform

📋 Description

• Own developer experience strategy: AI, automation, reduced cycle time
• Champion agentic workflows: copilots, autonomous agents, AI testing
• Evolve developer platforms: local dev, CI/CD, testing, observability
• Establish metrics and dashboards for velocity, efficiency, fulfilment
• Drive UX Platform vision: design systems, libraries, governance, accessibility
• Partner with Product, UX, and AI/ML to enable AI-powered UX patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management across platform engineering, developer efficiency, or design systems
• 7+ years as a direct people manager; coach teams and influence senior leadership with data
• Experience deploying AI copilots/LLM interfaces with large-scale design systems
• Proven success owning end-to-end developer and enterprise UX platforms, SDLC, cloud
• Strong technical credibility; lead cross-functional with product, engineering, UX
