Director, Product Development - Product Management

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for audience capabilities.
• Develop differentiated products leveraging first-party, behavioral, contextual, geographic, and
• Establish frameworks for product packaging, activation, pricing, measurement, and reporting.
• Advance audience segmentation, identity resolution, enrichment, and responsible data use.
• Integrate owned media inventory and audience signals into commercial planning, sales, campaign
• Define the target experience across planning, order management, inventory, campaign execution

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of product management experience in digital advertising, advertising technology
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex platform products, major integrations, or multi-team
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media monetization, audience products
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and commercial needs into product strategy, roadmaps
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, excellent executive communication skills, and proven
• Deep working knowledge of Google Ad Manager or a comparable enterprise advertising server

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000.
