📋 Description

• Own product vision and strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for
• Drive business and financial outcomes: Take ownership of revenue, profitability, adoption
• Identify market opportunities: Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive
• Translate payer challenges into product solutions: Develop differentiated capabilities addressing
• Lead product discovery and validation: Guide concept development, prototyping, and pilot programs
• Collaborate on technical strategy: Partner with Engineering and Data teams to evaluate analytics

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in product management, including three or more years leading
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer data, including claims, clinical, eligibility, and pharmacy
• Familiarity with payer use cases such as HEDIS and Stars quality programs, risk adjustment
• Demonstrated success taking new products from initial concept through development, launch, and
• Proven ownership of commercial results, including revenue, profit-and-loss (P&L) performance
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability frameworks, including FHIR
