📋 Description

• Own a product area end to end: define the strategy for your area, translate company and product
• Stay hands-on: retain direct ownership of a specific product area - write specs, run discovery, and
• Set and enforce the quality bar: define what good looks like for the product area, review your
• Understand the market and the users: maintain a view of user needs across data engineering
• Build and lead the team: hire, coach and manage the performance of a team of Product Managers, run
• Drive cross-functional and executive alignment: partner with Engineering and Design leadership on

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years managing Product Managers directly.
• A track record of shipping and scaling B2B products end to end, with demonstrable commercial impact.
• People leadership experience: you've hired, coached and managed the performance of Product Managers
• Real, hands-on exposure to the data ecosystem - enough to make credible technical trade-off calls.
• A systems thinker operating at scale, balancing craft, speed and commercial impact across multiple
• Deep data literacy, and the ability to hold your team accountable to evidence-based decision-making.
