Collaborate with engineering, UX, finance, and sales to ship value.
Establish KPIs and measure product impact; adjust plans.
Engage customers; present vision and gather feedback.
Hybrid role; onsite 2 days/week in Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro areas.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
7+ years of product management experience, preferably fintech/payments.
5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
Proven success in driving product strategy and product releases.
Experience with Agile practices and iterative development methodologies.
