🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, fintech/payments preferred.
• 5+ years in leadership, managing high-performing product teams.
• Proven success in driving product strategy and releases.
• Experience with Agile practices and iterative development.
