• Set the strategic vision for the Member Journey product line.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing PM team.
• Drive enrollment, retention, and outcomes across the member lifecycle.
• Scale new care programs without fragmentation.
• Drive AI and personalization to improve care at scale.
• Collaborate across Clinical, Design, Data Science, and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in Product Management building consumer-facing products or B2B2C platforms.
• 4+ years managing PMs/Senior PMs.
• Experience managing foundational platforms at scale.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders (Pacific Time).
• Technical fluency in data models, experimentation infrastructure, and system design.
