• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap across Developer Reach, Developer Sandboxes
• Build, lead, and develop a team of PMs, one per area. Set a clear standard for product craft, coach

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 12+ years of product management experience, including experience leading and growing a team of PMs
• A track record of developing PMs, raising the bar on product thinking and execution across a team
• Deep experience owning developer platform, DevOps, or SDLC products at enterprise scale: CI/CD
• Genuine hands-on technical comfort, including reading code, reasoning about system architecture
• Experience with enterprise change-management or release-governance systems and the tradeoffs
