📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the app.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers.
• Champion continuous discovery with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Align product, engineering, design, data science, and GTM.
• Communicate strategy, goals, and priorities clearly.
• Be accountable for the pillar’s product experiences and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with 1–2 years leading PMs
• Led multiple squads or a product pillar with measurable impact
• Deep fluency in the product operating model and coaching others
• Set and communicate strategy to motivate teams, even in ambiguity
• Strong bias to action; quick decisions using inputs from diverse sources
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven iteration
