📋 Description

• Define and drive a long-term product vision aligned with goals and market opportunities
• Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap
• Lead end-to-end product design, development, and iteration from concept to launch
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team with clear goals
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver impact
• Collaborate with Marketing to define Product Marketing and go-to-market positioning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record building/adtech products in growth-stage environments
• Strong strategic thinking with bias toward action and execution
• Deep understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
