• The Director of Product Management owns the Underwriting Engine platform end-to-end, including
• Lead a small team of 2–3 PMs while remaining an active IC to connect a complex technical platform
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, and senior leadership in the US, Singapore, and

• Structured communicator capable of aligning Actuarial, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize high-leverage investments and say no with reasoned judgment.
• Technical credibility across rules engines, knowledge graphs, ML pipelines, and decisioning systems.
