📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across cross-functional teams and vendors
• Translate strategic business ideas into product stories and acceptance criteria
• Represent customer needs to drive product and feature development
• Collaborate to define roadmap, sprint planning, and expectation management
• Communicate project status to executives and stakeholders
• Monitor performance data and KPIs to improve engagement and reduce friction

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Master’s degree in Systems/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Five years of experience in product management or related role
• Experience with scaling enterprise digital platforms in service/healthcare contexts
• Experience applying process optimization (Six Sigma) to improve operations
• Experience designing end-to-end digital ecosystems and AI-enabled analytics solutions
