📋 Description

• Set the strategy and roadmap for vehicle monitoring and compliance, and own the outcomes: revenue
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers that delivers predictably.
• Partner with sales and customer success to win and retain large enterprise customers.
• Work with engineering leaders on architecture and platform tradeoffs, and make the final product
• Lead org-wide change programs across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience at companies recognized for product excellence.
• Deep experience building enterprise B2B SaaS products, including familiarity with complex sales
• 3+ years managing product managers, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing PMs
• A career trajectory that shows steadily increasing scope, responsibility, and impact.
• A rigorous, data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Technical depth to engage credibly with engineering leaders on architecture and platform decisions.
