Director Product Management, AI for EX

📋 Description

• Define long-term strategy and vision for the product using customer research.
• Pitch new product ideas to drive value.
• Drive requirements, UX design, roadmap and prioritization.
• Define and own business metrics and OKRs.
• Translate complex processes into technical requirements and manage delivery.
• Prioritize problems/themes with Product Leadership to achieve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in global cross-functional software teams; SaaS preferred.
• 10+ years core product management for internet software.
• 3+ years in AI/ML/NLP/Agentic AI products; data science a plus.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI powered systems (AI Agents, AI Assistants, AI Copilots).
• Experience managing AI/ML features lifecycle from experimentation to production.
• Ability to drive adoption via analytics and customer feedback; strong leadership.
