Director, Product Management - Brokerage

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary product interface between Payward's affiliates and NinjaTrader's brokerage.
• Own a multi-quarter brokerage product roadmap balancing new capabilities with modernization.
• Lead products from early concepts to launched, compliant capabilities in evolving regulations.
• Make data-informed tradeoff decisions and align stakeholders across two organizations.
• Represent expertise on the US futures regulated space, including FCM operations and client reporting.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to translate regulatory guidance into product direction.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in US futures regulated space, including FCM ops, clearing, settlement, and margin.
• Proven ability to take products from 0 to 1 in regulated financial services, including evolving regulatory guidance.
• Technical fluency to reason about APIs, platform capabilities, and integration with engineering teams.
• Strong track record owning complex multi-system roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influence across all levels, from contributors to executives.
• Experience managing vendors that support financial or trading infrastructure.
