Director, Product Management – Conversational Intelligence & Voice

📋 Description

• Define and own product strategy for conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing.
• Lead discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers.
• Ship AI-native features with world-class engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers across multiple scrum teams.
• Partner with product marketing to enable GTM and thought leadership.
• Build deep understanding of customer needs to inform prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building software with prioritization ownership.
• 2+ years leading product teams.
• Experience building conversation intelligence, voice, or dialing products.
• Familiarity with VoIP, telephony, speech-to-text, NLP.
• Real-time audio and video processing experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
